Common questions
I lost my TestFlight invite, can you resend it?
Email us with the email address you used to sign up. We'll send a fresh invite.
The app crashes when I open it.
Make sure you're on iOS 17 or later. If the issue persists, force-quit (swipe up and flick Perthro away), reopen, and email us your iPhone model and iOS version. Crash reports are sent automatically (anonymized) so we can usually find the cause quickly.
A game I played isn't in search.
Game metadata comes from IGDB. If a title is missing, you can request it at igdb.com and it will appear in Perthro within 24 hours of approval. For obscure indie titles we can also add a placeholder for you on request.
How do I import my Steam / PSN / Xbox library?
From the You tab, scroll to "Connected Accounts" and tap the platform you want to link. We sync your owned games (and trophies/achievements where supported), but never any private profile data.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Perthro Pro subscribers can export from inside the app — Settings → Library → Export library — which produces a CSV covering your reviews, sessions, backlog, and wishlist. Everyone else can email contact@rune.art and we'll send the same CSV within 14 days.
I want to report a user or a review.
Tap the … menu on any review or profile and choose Report. Reports are reviewed by the perthro team, usually within 24 hours.
I want to delete my account.
You can delete your account from inside the app (Settings → Account → Delete account) or on the web at perthro.io/delete-account. All your data is removed within 30 days.
Will there be an Android version?
Not in the near term. We're focused on getting iOS right first.
